Manvel Texas

Escape from the hassles of big city life to the quite comfort of country style living.

A quick 20 mile drive from downtown Houston will deliver you to a peaceful sanctuary, less than 30 minutes from the conveniences of Houston's vast metropolis. Manvel is truly a “City on the Rise”, located just south of the exploding population of Pearland on 288 and Hwy 6 , Manvel is perfectly positioned for rapid growth and I believe the next great investment opportunity, not to mention a wonderful place to live!

Sit back, close your eyes and imagine a place where stunning sunsets reflect off the calm waters of your stocked pond as you relax on your spacious hardwood deck, shaded by large mature oaks and pecan trees, as you contemplate the wonders of life. This is Manvel!

You can either design and build your new dream home or hire one of the many excellent builders in the area.

What I like most about Manvel is the location, access to many outstanding wildlife and scenic parks, including Brazos Bend State Park, Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge.

If you like to visit the coast, like I do, it's just a short drive south on HWY 288 to Freeport and Surfside beach where you can enjoy surfing, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking, boating or  explore the many small picturesque towns, such as Angleton, Lake Jackson, Oyster Creek and Clute.

So, if you get a chance make the trip to Manvel and drive around the back roads and see for yourself if its a place you would like to call home.
