Big Bend Ranch State Park

These incredible rock formations stand like giant sentinels, guarding the old Indian caves just across the road. Like magic they begin to glow in the late afternoon light. This is one of my favorite spots at Big Bend Ranch.

Go three miles from the ranger station at Presidio turn left on the gravel road, this road takes you into the interior of the park. About halfway to Sauceda you will come to the Indian caves on right side of the road and hoodoos on the left.
