One of the keys to
getting good landscape photos at Big Bend Ranch, is to scout out the most
promising locations during the middle of the day. Returning late in the
afternoon or early the
next morning to take advantage of the best light.
I knew from a previous trip that this area
along "River Road" would be perfect for a late afternoon shoot,
so I made sure that I was set up and ready at the appropriate time and place.
