The Woodlands, Texas Article by Holly Murdoch
Villages The Woodlands is composed of seven residential villages with an eighth now being developed. They are the villages of Grogan’s Mill (the original), Panther Creek, Indian Springs, Alden Bridge, Cochran’s Crossing, College Park, Sterling Ridge and Carlton Woods. Development work has begun on the new Village of Creekside Park, set to open in 2006 and highlighted by a 2,000-acre nature park. |

Each village is like its own small
town, where one can have easy access to parks, playgrounds, schools,
places of worship and shopping.
The villages feature a variety of home choices including apartments, townhomes, condos, small family houses and custom estates. Choose from homes offered by more than a dozen homebuilders and many custom homebuilders, at prices from the $100’s to more than $3 million. Many residents attest to the comfort and coziness of their neighborhoods, a small town kind of feeling. Yet, in The Woodlands, you enjoy the advantages of a larger community within a major metropolitan area. |
